ShoppingTerra offers both digital products and curated affiliate product recommendations.

Digital Products (E-Books) All sales of digital products are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at teglas.francisc@gmail.com and we will assist you promptly.

Affiliate Products For products purchased through external retailers (such as Amazon or CJ partners), ShoppingTerra does not process payments, returns, or replacements. All returns are handled exclusively by the retailer from which the product was purchased. Return conditions, timeframes, and procedures may vary depending on the seller.
